Legacy DLT is a decentralized wealth protection and inheritance trust platform that allows users to create and manage blockchain-based smart contract trusts for asset transfers. Our platform facilitates trustless, automated wealth transfers without intermediaries.

We do not provide:

• Legal, financial, tax, or investment advice

• Custodial or fiduciary services

• Guarantees of asset security or transaction success

To use Legacy DLT, you must:
✔ Be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction)
✔ Have the legal authority to enter into this agreement
✔ Not be located in a restricted jurisdiction where blockchain-based asset management is illegal

We reserve the right to deny service to anyone at our discretion.

By using Legacy DLT, you agree to:

✔ Secure Your Private Keys – You are responsible for protecting your wallet credentials, seed phrases, and private keys.
✔ Comply with Local Laws – You must ensure that using our services does not violate the laws of your jurisdiction.
✔ Avoid Unauthorized Use – You must not engage in fraud, hacking, or any activities that disrupt our platform.

We are not responsible for any loss of funds due to compromised wallets, phishing attacks, or user negligence.

All transactions on blockchain networks are permanent and cannot be reversed. Legacy DLT has no control over blockchain confirmations or delays.

Using smart contracts involves risks, including vulnerabilities, coding errors, and exploits. Legacy DLT does not guarantee that smart contracts will function without errors.

Since all transactions are processed on decentralized networks, we do not offer refunds. Users should verify transaction details before execution.

Legacy DLT may integrate with third-party wallets, oracles, decentralized applications (DApps), and external services. We do not control these services and are not liable for:

• Security breaches

• Service failures

• Loss of funds due to third-party interactions

Users should conduct their own due diligence before using third-party services.

Violating these rules may result in account termination and legal action.

• Loss of funds, profits, data, or business opportunities

• Smart contract failures, blockchain network delays, or cyberattacks

• Regulatory changes impacting your use of the platform

You acknowledge that you use our services at your own risk.

In the event of any legal disputes, they shall be governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands (BVI).
